OPCW chief meets Iranian chemical-attack survivors

An ICRC-documented operation repatriated the remains of Iranian soldiers killed in the war at the Shalamcha border, continuing the search for answers long after the ceasefire.

The European Court of Human Rights declared Frans van Anraat’s application inadmissible. The case concerned his conviction for assisting chemical attacks, including attacks in Iran.
