Human Rights Watch released All You Can Do Is Pray, based on field research and survivor testimony about violence against Rohingya and other Muslims in Rakhine State. It concluded that abuses amounted to crimes against humanity within a campaign of ethnic cleansing and called for accountability and protection. These were the organization’s findings, not a judgment issued by a court that day. The publication made Muslim survivors’ experiences evidence against official denial and exclusion.
