The measure reiterates the latest General Assembly resolution relative to UNRWA and "deplores" Israel's operations in the Gaza Strip, "in which shelters in refugee camps were demolished and about 15,000 persons displaced, some of them to places outside the Gaza Strip." It calls upon Israel "to take immediate and effective steps for the return of the refugees concerned to the camps from which they were removed and to provide adequate shelters for their accommodation.".
