ANC holds its 2009 Manifesto Policy Conference

ANC constitutional structures, alliance partners and sectoral formations met in Ekurhuleni to debate proposals for the 2009 election manifesto. The process linked the Polokwane resolutions with campaign commitments on work, poverty, inequality, rural development and land reform. The consultation also showed how party policy was shaped through structures beyond the central leadership.
